DeeLish Cooking offers a variety of cooking classes tailored to suite your needs.

For the hobby cook:

Once-off classes for individual members of the public wishing to learn more about a specific style of cooking, whether it be international cuisines such as Italian or Thai, or skills such as pasta making or baking.  These classes are run in small groups ensuring that they are informative, fun and completely hands on!

Team Building, birthday parties etc…

The school lends itself to a variety of group activities, including: Team Building, Customer entertaining and relationship building, Staff incentives, Competition cooking and Private get togethers – book and wine clubs, birthday parties, kitchen teas, etc.

Cooking classes are run in a fun, safe environment where participants will never feel threatened or moved outside their comfort zones. Clients choose from a wide selection of menus and a date and time convenient for them.  These classes are held at the premises of your choice.

Domestic Cooking Classes.

Food is nutritious, healthy, seasonal and functional.  Your domestic will be equipped with easy recipes for family meals, entertaining, soups, salads, chicken, fish, vegetarian, sauces, vegetables, desserts, baking and presentation.  They will be taught new skills in  a friendly, social environment, stimulating interest and motivation through demonstrations and hands on approach.  The students are fortunate enough to have the classes in English and Zulu.
